1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") govern sales made on the YUNEA website (https://yuneaofficiel.com/), between the website editor (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person making a purchase (hereinafter "the Customer").

Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.

2. Products

YUNEA offers a selection of products carefully chosen for their quality and reliability.

Products may be shipped from different logistics centers depending on their availability.

Offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

Delivery costs are specified before order validation.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is that in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when ordering.

Any validated order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products.

A confirmation email is sent after payment validation.

  • suspicion of fraud
  • non-payment

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order.

Payments are secured via specialized providers (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Bank details are never stored by the Seller.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.

Delivery times are generally between 7 and 20 working days depending on the destination and demand.

In case of delay, the Customer will be informed.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, customs procedures or a case of force majeure.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

The Customer then has a period of 14 days to return the product.

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
