At YUNEA, your satisfaction is our priority.
If your order is not suitable for you, you benefit from simple and transparent conditions for making a return.

1. Right of withdrawal (private customers – EU)

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons.

2. Return conditions

  • Products must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging.
  • Any damaged, incomplete or used item cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Return procedure

  1. Contact us at 📧 yunea.sav@outlook.fr to obtain the return address and instructions.
  2. Carefully prepare your package and send it back to the indicated address.
  3. Once the product is received and checked, we will send you a confirmation email.

4. Refunds

  • The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the order.
  • It will take place within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and validation of the returned product.
  • If you wish for an exchange, please specify it in your request.

5. Defective products or order errors

If you discover a defective product or one that does not comply with your order, contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
We cover the return costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
